I'm Anthony, a certified building inspector, and for over five years I've been helping buyers, sellers, and brokers with one of the most important aspects of a real estate project: understanding the true condition of a property. With over a thousand inspections under my belt, I've developed solid expertise. Each of these inspections has taught me something: a new challenge, a particular issue, a different way of supporting a client. I am now able to quickly identify a home's strengths, weaknesses, and potential issues.
